Max-Schmeling-Halle is a multi-purpose arena, located in the Berlin district of Prenzlauer Berg. It is named after the famous German boxer Max Schmeling.

The fully accessible arena offers with a total capacity of 11,900 visitors very flexible optionsforall kinds of events, fromsporting eventssuch as basketball, handball, gymnasticsevents, formationdancing, boxing ormotocrossevents, concerts, shows or gala-evenings to fairs.

It was awarded the IOC/IAKSAWARD in Gold, the only architectural prize of international importance for sports and leisure facilities in terms of “everyday suitability”.

Among the guests there have been International stars such asMadonna, EricClapton, Tom Jones, James Blunt as well as national musicians including Herbert Gröhnemeyer and Peter Maffay. Even bands like Deep Purple, Beastie Boys, and Earth Wind & Fire have already performed in the Max-Schmeling-Halle.
