The Eastern Harbour, a former industrial port on the Spree river, is one of the hottest places in Berlin. In April 2004, MTV moved into one of the warehouses on the Stralauer Allee, which meant the rise of the district to a media location.
The Treptower shoreline includes the Club of visionaries, the restaurant Freischwimmer and the Arena Berlin which now hosts concerts, fairs and parties. Right on the Oberbaumbrücke is the famous Watergate, where you dance through the night and then enjoy the sunrise over the Spree.
On the Friedrichshain shoreline, along the East Side Gallery you will find a beach bar next to the other where you can enjoy the warm nights of summer in Berlin.
