The Kulturbrauerei Berlin (lit. Culture Brewery) is a 25,000-square-foot building ensemble at the Schönhauser Allee. With its unique architecture it is under monument protection since 1974 and belongs to one of the few well-preserved Berlin industrial architectural monuments from the late 19th century.
Since 1991, it acts as a multicultural center, which has become one of the largest alternative cultural institutions in Berlin. The great program variety of the culture brewery includes a wide range of topics and genres: theater performances, exhibitions, concerts, workshops, readings, parties and holiday games for Children.
